A
minimum of 24 hours cancellation notice is required.
If less, a service fee of 50% of the service price will
be charged to compensate for loss time reserved for
your appointment.

We suggest
that you always arrive 10 mins before every appointment
so you can fully enjoy your spa experience.
The spa is a place of relaxation and peace, we ask that
you leave your cell phone at home or on vibrate.
The spa welcomes persons 13 years of age or older. Any
guests under the age of 13 require adult supervision.
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice on group, full
or half day spa packages. Otherwise full charges will
apply.
Please keep in mind that if you arrive late, the duration
of your treatment may be shortened so that the next
guest may begin on time.
There may be physical contradictions that prevent you
from enjoying your treatment such as:
• pregnancy
• allergies
• recent surgery
• physical ailments such as epilepsy, cancer,
diabetes, and cardiac problems
If you are affected by any of the above conditions,
please consult your physician and notify personnel before
your treatment begins.
